1. Who We Are

IFC Brokers Trust ("IFC Brokers Trust,") is a financial services firm with a registered office at 2020 Ponce de Leon Blvd, Suite 1107, Coral Gables, FL 33134, United States, operating through three business lines:

Investments & Savings (IFC Brokers Trust): international investment solutions aimed primarily at clients in Latin America.

Real Estate (Dacor Realty): access to real estate projects and investment opportunities located in the United States.

Insurance & Corporate Solutions (IFC Life Brokers): group insurance, corporate solutions, and protection programs for clients in the United States and Latin America.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website (ifcbrokerstrust.com) and our business interactions, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have, regardless of the country from which you contact us.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to visitors, prospects, clients, partners, and distributors who interact with our website, forms, scheduled meetings, and business communications, in connection with any of our three business lines. Because each business line has a different geographic scope, the handling of your information may be governed by additional rules depending on the service:

Investments: if you use our Investment services, your information may be processed under the data protection laws of your country of residence in Latin America, in addition to Florida and U.S. law, since IFC Brokers Trust is incorporated in that state.

Real Estate (Dacor Realty): since these investment opportunities are located in the United States, your information is processed primarily under U.S. federal and state law applicable to real estate and investment transactions.

Insurance & Corporate Solutions (IFC Life Brokers): your information is processed under the insurance and data protection rules applicable both in the United States and in your country of residence in Latin America.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

We process your information based on: (i) your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; (ii) the need to perform or prepare to enter into a contract with you; (iii) compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (including insurance and KYC/AML rules); and (iv) our legitimate interest in operating, promoting, and improving our services, provided that interest does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

6. Internal Use of Information: We Do Not Share It With Third Parties

The personal information we collect belongs to IFC Brokers Trust and is used exclusively by our team, within our own business lines (Investments, Dacor Realty, and IFC Life Brokers), for the purposes described in this policy.

We do not sell, rent, assign, or share your personal information with third parties outside IFC Brokers Trust for commercial or marketing purposes.

We will only disclose your information when required by law, at the request of a competent judicial, regulatory, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect our legal rights.

Our technology providers (for example, web hosting or email) act solely on our instructions and are subject to strict confidentiality obligations; they are not authorized to use your information for their own purposes.

7. International Data Transfers

Because we operate between the United States and various Latin American countries, and some investments are denominated in US dollars, British pounds, or euros, your information may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, for internal handling by our team. When we make such transfers, we adopt appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) to protect your information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as a contractual or business relationship with you exists, and afterward for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting, insurance, or anti-money-laundering regulations (generally between 5 and 10 years, depending on jurisdiction and product). Once those periods expire, we will securely delete or anonymize your information.

9. Information Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures (such as encryption, access controls, and confidentiality agreements with providers) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No system is completely foolproof, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
